Service Description

Initial Appointment with Certified Health and Wellness coach. Intake paper work provided upon confirmation of session, please return completed paperwork 24 hours prior to session time. Session time used to review intake paper work, coaching agreement/liability, establish client/coach expectations, review provided assessments/complete additional assessments if needed. Session length typically 45-60 minutes.
