The Well-Being Project
Meaningful, sustainable improvements in health and well-being through personalized, evidence-based support. By combining Recreation Therapy and Health and Wellness Coaching, these program help clients identify their strengths, set achievable goals, and overcome barriers to change—whether related to mental health, chronic illness, lifestyle habits, or overall wellness. The purpose is to guide clients in building skills, confidence, and routines that lead to lasting positive change and an improved quality of life.
